Mindfulness Meditation.
Daniella has been exploring meditation since 2010 and went on an immersive journey within this world of trying different mediation techniques. It wasn't until 2014 when Daniella sat her first 10 silent meditation courses in the UK (Vipassana) that she discovered a technique that worked for her - in the sense of being able to access profound peace and realisations of her own life and life itself. This practice became a huge part of her life, frequenting the courses every 6 months for 7 years serving and sitting the courses around the UK.
And now completing a two year training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach - The Mindfulness meditation Teacher certification programme - in collaboration with The Greater Good Science Centre at University of California Berkeley.
Daniella will be sharing Insight mediation practices and techniques to support the humanness of our being within this life we are all co-creating. This is a technique that has been practised for thousands of years and originates from The Buddhist/ Theravada tradition - Insight Meditation.
As teachers do, they have such healing with these practices; they want to share this with the world.
“As mindfulness meditation teachers, we acknowledge that the foundation of our practice and teaching rests upon our integrity and on our mindfulness and caring relationship to the life around us.” COE Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Programme.
